We offer a 30-day return window on your first purchase only. To qualify for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at contact@myendura.com. Once approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and further instructions. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Subscription Orders
By subscribing, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis per the plan selected at checkout. You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime through your account portal before your next billing date.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Renewed subscriptions
- Forgotten cancellations
- Orders already processed or shipped
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Perishable health or personal care products (e.g., dietary supplements)
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Shipping Protection
At checkout, you may opt to add Shipping Protection to cover your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- If protection is purchased, we’ll evaluate and resolve covered claims within 10 days of delivery.
- If protection is not purchased, Endura is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and provide a resolution if appropriate. Supporting photos may be required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may require additional time to complete the transaction.
